Bonanza A36 and OnAir
-
Hi all.
Has anyone used the A36 (non-turbo) version with OnAir since the ver.1.1 update? Today was the first time I'd been able to try, but unlike before the update, OnAir insists on telling me I've loaded the A36TC in the sim ... whereas I definitely have the non-turbo version selected (and I've tried both default and creator liveries.)
Any suggestions? Is something wrong with my installation or am I just doing something stupid? -
Which livery? I don't use OnAir, but I did notice that N3518X exists as a livery for both the NA and TC versions of the Bonanza. If it's going simply off of registration it could be confused.
The actual model names are distinct, though, I verified that last night while playing with Vatsim model matching.

@jmarkows thanks for your thoughts. I wondered if the livery was somehow not compatible with the updated aircraft, that something had changed with the v.1.1. So that's why I tried using one of the default liveries, but OnAir still thinks I have the turbo version loaded in the sim.
The livery I spotted the issue with was N19AT (Dynamic Registration), but as I say, the default liveries cause exactly the same mis-identification in OnAir. -
There shouldn't be anything that changed between versions regarding the model identifications, and all liveries are compatible with both versions. If you can figure out what OnAir is using to identify the aircraft, I can make sure that any necessary changes are made. Everything looks to be set correctly in the configuration files, though.

@Black-Square Many thanks for your reply, and confirmation that nothing significant changed between the versions (as I suspected). That leaves the possibility that an OnAir update changed something, so I'll dive down that canyon now and see what I can see.
And many thanks for an absolutely tremendous 'complex single'
