No Developer Works As Hard At Customer Service and Troubleshooting as Black Square

I just wanted to say that I am very impressed with Black Square's customer/technical service after the sale. I've seen a lot of dumb comments (over and over), and I'm sure I'm guilty of that too, but I never see any snark coming back at us customers. I'm really impressed and appreciate how frustrating making us all happy has to be. Thank you.

Nick made a customer for life a year or two ago when he helped me, over the better part of a week, troubleshoot an issue in the Caravan Overhaul where the AP would continuously re-engage on me after being disengaged. This was even after I refunded it. After scouring these forums, Reddit, and the official forums, at most I've seen two other people present with this issue ever.
I bought it again in the hopes his ideas would work, but fully intended on keeping it regardless because of the time he spent looking into it. As appears is tradition with MSFS, the fix was incredible simple and makes absolutely sense in the context of how everything is documented to work, but I went on to spend many enjoyable hours touring Alaska in the Caravan and now eagerly await it reborn as a Professional aircraft.
Now Black Square tops a very selective list of immediate and unquestioning buys; whereas some of the major players in add-ons have managed to remove themselves from said list, Nick continues to prove why he belongs on it pretty much each day.

100% - I've never seen a developer interact directly with his customers. IMO it 100% shows in the product too!!! It's so obvious Nick really cares about our experience AND input. I started with the Starship and it was so awesome that I've been buying up the rest of the fleet slowly but surely.
I think I like the P Baron even better than the Starship
(up to 220 in the P Baron now)
