I installed the planes to my add-on linker directory using the BROWSE command. If I update the planes, will the new install go to a new location in the MSFS community folder or the folder I originally installed it to and replace the old files.
Also I had problems installing both planes and had to use the command prompt method. Has the new update addressed these install issues?

You will need to uninstall the old version before you can install the updated version, so it will be as if you are installing for the first time.

For me I just let the installer install the AC into the community folder and then move it to the addons linker file structure I have in place. It's just a simple cut and paste after deleting the old version first.

@CoolGunS There are cases where the path length can cause issues that prevent installation in the Community folder. In such situations, using the BROWSE option is a great workaround. Additionally, when troubleshooting, the Addon Linker makes it easy to add or remove add-ons from the Community folder—it's much faster and more organized than manually copying and pasting files
