Just did my first test flight with the Turbo-normalized A36 and noticed that no matter what fuel pump setting, it couldn’t make the 35gal/hr the book calls for, which for the real airplane, is very important. That is, if it’s the TAT STC being simulated, and that extra fuel is purely for cylinder cooling.
Maximum performance is actually achieved at a lower fuel flow, to the extent that many pilots if operating out of a short field, will lean back to about 30GAL/hr for takeoff to get max performance and then push back to 35 when the gear comes up, to keep things cool for climb.
Is this something that could be adjusted in a future update?
Love the aircraft otherwise though, very well done!
