    Hello, dear team!

    I have the TBM 850 version from the marketplace, and I’d really appreciate some help.
    There are two obvious issues with the aircraft in MSFS 2024:

    There’s no sound. I managed to fix this by placing the asobo-aircraft-tbm930 folder from my MSFS 2020 installation into the Community folder. Now the sound works.

    The second issue is that all the glass surfaces on the instruments look like they’re covered with a greasy film or frost.
    I’ve tried both downloading the aircraft to my drive and streaming it from the Microsoft cloud, but there’s no difference — the glass surfaces in the cockpit still look foggy or greasy.

    How can I fix this?

    Please help! (((

      The issue is that you are actually running the MSFS 2020 aircraft in MSFS 2024. The MSFS 2024 marketplace version is not available in MSFS 2024 yet, because... well, we don't know why, but all of my aircraft have been held up in the approval process for a couple months now. Apologies for the wait, but there doesn't appear to be much we can do about it. I will say though, that in the future, if you purchase with Just Flight (assuming you're on PC and not XBOX), you will always be first to get updates as soon as I complete them.

        @Black-Square Thank you for your reply.
        Just to make sure I understand correctly — once Asobo approves the Duke series and the TBM 850, those aircraft will become native for MSFS 2024, right?
        That means the issue will go away, and it won’t just be a port of the 2020 version anymore?

        I’m planning to buy your new products directly, but I’d like to be certain that the existing products I purchased through the Marketplace will be fully functional in the near future. Thanks!

          That's all correct. I did all the work for my aircraft to be MSFS 2024 native and add new walkaround features back in July, and now we've just been waiting on Asobo to approve them for the Marketplace for about 6-8 weeks, I believe. I know that other developers are experiencing similar delays, but no exact reason has been relayed to me, nor does it seem to require any changes on my part.

            Thanks for the replies and the support. Looks like we’ll be waiting together. It might be a good idea to post on the Microsoft forum and let Asobo know that the approval times for your products are really unacceptable.

                @Derek
                So many customers are having issues, and so many developers are unhappy… it’s a nightmare! Well, there’s nothing we can do but keep pushing Asobo to finally get their job done.

                @Black-Square — I love your products, thank you for the support!

                  Thank you very much. I hope you have your Marketplace TBM soon. These issues were one of the reasons I was initially slow to adopt MSFS 2024, because I considered the experience to be so suboptimal for my users, and it just broke my heart to think of them having anything less than the best experience possible. Luckily, it seems that with SU4, we are finally approaching a good flying experience with MSFS 2024, even though there are still many technical issues to sort out. Let me know if there is ever anything I can do for you!
