I am having two problems. First my rudder pedals press down the brake and once I let up the brakes go right back down. Second I started flight from runway the the TQ was on exceeded and I watched the engine condition drop drastically. How do I avoid that?

For the first problem, it sounds like your parking brake is on. This is a bug with how MSFS handles brake inputs versus the parking brake. I actually coded a solution to it in Starship so you won't see that behavior.
I'm not sure I understand your second problem, though. You're saying that you start on the runway, and with your hardware throttle at idle, the engines run away at beyond takeoff power?
