ITT and oil temperature dropping too fast?

I have a feeling that the engine residual heat and the oil temperature drop too fast. I finished my first flight and left the Starship on the apron for about 20 minutes. After switching the EICAS back on the indicated ITT was already at ambient temperature (around 30 degrees). Oil temperature was only slightly higher.
After switching on the starter I assumed the ITT to rise initially because residual heat in the combustion chamber being pushed through the engine to the ITT sensor. But ITT instantly dropped a few degrees lower. Is this realistic for this kind of engine? Thanks!

If this is MSFS 2024, I have recently discovered that the frequency of updates in the code do not respect the same logic as MSFS 2020, which might cause some calculations to happen faster, like the ITT falloff. I do believe the reduction of residual heat with motoring is accurate, though. Videos of procedures for engine clearing prior to a "quick-turn" show the ITT being suppressed while motoring, only to climb again after the motor is shut off.

This is due to the engine case and associated components heating the thermocouple up via convection (heating the air then heating the probe), radiation, and conduction (the probe is cooled by air moving over it but then the hot metal conducts heat back into it).
