If you're curious like I was copy your asobo-aircraft-tbm930 and bksq-aircraft-tbm850 into your 2024 Community folder...If you don't copy the asobo930 you won't have engine sounds etc...

    NO SUPPORT OFFERED
DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK 😁

If you don't know where your 2024 Community folder is or want to move it to a custom location like I have watch this...Be advised once you change it you need to close and relaunch the sim for the Community folder and it's subfolders to be created (i.e. Community, Official2020, Official2024)

All works "fairly" well...Not great, not terrible as they say in Nuclear Power plants

OAT and Cabin temp gauges are borked for me but I'm using Raller's custom TBM N851TB livery and font tweaks etc so might be that....Also Tail number is borked so assume the custom tail number code is different somehow...Very slight issue with some of the text on the BKSQ tablet. Also the custom lighting doesn't work brilliantly on the panels as I think Nick has some solar equation that looks like it's changed, as the instrument lighting is now very ineffective in daytime, overcast/cloudy conditions (worked ok at night though from what I saw). Window scratches also look "overdone" now and the surfaces can be a little washed out, suspect the big lighting engine changes are responsible.

What is great is how the virtual cockpit loads with no texture issues as it's installed locally rather than streaming :-)

    Happy travels

Can't wait for the 850 and the TDS GPS to be updated. :) It's the only aircraft I fly, other than the SR22 now and then.

I have transferred the TBM850 into my MSFS2024 Community folder and it works pretty well apart from no engine sound, especially now that the TSD GTN750Xi in compatible with MS2024.

Reading the post from hughesi2 above he says I need to move the asobo-aircraft-tbm930 in to the 2024 community folder - how do I locate this aircraft to copy it?

You can found it in MSFS 2020 Official folder, it's named as asobo-aircraft-tbm930

I have Steam version of sim, so address is F:\MSFS 2020\Official\Steam\asobo-aircraft-tbm930

Thanks for your reply - where do I find the 'Official' folder where the Asobo TMB930 aircraft is located and isn't the default 2020 aircraft encrypted preventing them from being moved

All one really needs to do is copy the Asobo_TBM930.PC.PCK from the 2020 default TBM 930 folder to here:
    Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Community\bksq-aircraft-tbm850\SimObjects\Airplanes\Asobo_TBM930\sound

And then regenerate the layout.json - which is easy if you download this little app from GitHub that I've been using for the last 4 years to make repaints.

    Default is here:

@ryanbatc But it's so much easier and faster to just copy full 930 folder. Afterall it's just temporary solution while waiting official update from Nick.

Using Ryan's location in post 8, I found the 'asobo-aircraft-tbm930' folder and copied it into my 2024 Community folder which had the TBM850 folder in there. Now the TBM850 flies great in MSFS2024 with engine sound and the newly released TDS GTN750 Pro patch (see TDS Support forum),

    Thanks for your help guy's
