Analogue King Air
-
I absolutely love the TBM850 and the am starting to get to know the Dukes in MSFS, but have barely started the engines up in the King Air. I know my way around the King Air 350 from experience in X-Plane with a third party version over there.
Is there any way to map the thrust levers of the King Air to hardware using AAO that allows you to at least partially simulate the beta range? This is becoming a deal breaker for me in its current state. I can see no way to assign the thrust levers of my TQ6+ through AAO to use the full range of the levers and fully include reverse.
If anyone has any ideas on how to do this, I would be grateful. Otherwise, I will have to wait and hope for an upgrade to the King Air that is similar to the Turbine Duke and mothball it in the hangar.
Thanks in advance

Disclaimer: I don't have the Analog King Air, however if it's like the Analog Caravan and the TBM, I have had great success for beta and reverse range using the in-sim binding of Throttle Axis 1 (0-100).
I just checked and that's the binding I use for both. It allows me full forward throttle, as well as ground fine and beta ranges on both aircraft.
I would imagine for the King Air, you'd need Throttle Axis 2 (0-100), as well.

Thanks for the reply. That looks like the MSFS control binding. I have Axis and Ohs for all the hardware binding, and have removed all the default bindings in the control options interface, in order to have AAO working properly. I am looking for the correct options in AAO for the King Air thrust levers. I have the TBM, but I understand that BKSQ has not upgraded the power levers and so on in the King Air as they are in the TBM and Turbine Duke…
