A36TC or A36TN?

Hi, I own the BkSq Bonanza and am enjoying it a lot. And I started looking into the Turbo version. In the manual and on the aircraft page in MSFS, it's listed as an A36TC, but in your description of the turbo, you describe it as turbo-normalized. To my knowledge the TC was produced by Beechcraft with an IO-520, where the TN is an aftermarket modication to the IO-550. It may only be semantics, but I've been trying to find performance data on the TN, or should I be looking for the TC instead?

You should be looking for the aftermarket turbonormalized performance. I seem to recall having some rationale for my naming scheme at the time, but it has escaped me since. I seem to recall that the "TN" variant did not carry any actual change to aircraft type or ICAO identifier, so I went with the "A36TC" to distinguish it from the normally aspirated "A36" type identifier. It also could have just been a mistake on my part, but I seem to recall agonizing over the decision two years ago when it really mattered to me. I'm sure you understand.

@lilycrose Highly recommend this information on operating the TN!
