    ...and the exhaust pipes shake.
Just for the sake of it: Thank you for this great airplane...

I'm sure you can imagine how much time I spent creating all those starting effects, so I really appreciate your message. Have you noticed the dynamically generated fuselage shake and shaking sun visors when the engine begins combustion?

I’ve certainly noticed the glowing exhaust at night from how hot it is, which I very much enjoy seeing

That's what makes it so special. No other aircraft offers these impressions. First time that it is really fun to let the engines warm up :-)

This is why I almost exclusively fly the piston engine variant, even though I own both. That startup is so good it gives me the shivers.

This aircraft is certainly a thing of beauty in how it's been implemented in the simulator. Sometimes, I get a bit of an unnatural break or volume-jump in the sound during startup, when one sound stops and another kicks in (which is more akin to older simulators where the audio was much simpler), but it's not all the time. Not sure why.

There is one developer that maybe just has the edge in the natural-sounding/dynamic startup, but we really have it so good these days thanks to the cream of the crop of add-on developers, that we have little to complain about. Yet still we keep asking for more details and depth... :D
