    Hello!

The GTN650 won't turn on anymore after I tested the other avionics options. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plane but didn't help. Any ideas? Turbine Duke, XBox series X. Thanks!

That doesn't sound like anything I've ever seen before. Does it work after reloading the aircraft? I've seen it take considerable time before to reboot after starting once, but not more than 10-15 seconds. How about the GTN 750? Does that work normally after loading other avionics? They should behave identically, so it's improbable that one would work and not the other.

Thank You for your quick reply. No, doesn't work after reloading or even reinstalling the plane. I haven't seen it turn on after I swapped it the first time. 750 works with other avionics and with the 650 off. I just hope I'm not missing something obvious... =D

In case it is something obvious, check for failures on the tablet interface, and also the COM2 circuit breaker on the copilot's armrest circuit breaker panel. I'm not sure what else to check after that, to be honest. If this was an issue with the airplane on XBOX, I suspect I would have heard about it by now. If you don't find a solution today, please make a ticket with Just Flight support. They have tackled innumerable GPS issues in all my aircraft, and have become quite adept at it. I'm still here if you want to share anything else, though! I'm always thinking about what could be causing the problems while I work.

I'll check those and do some more testing and investigating when I get home. Thank You very much!

@Black-Square I managed to narrow down the problem to be livery N2830B which the tech support also tested and confirmed. I only had time to test with two other liveries yesterday and the 650 worked fine in those.

Tech support got in touch with me about this today. I suspect I know what the issue is, and it's something very simple that happened in the XBOX conversion. I have to see if some old files are still on our servers to know if I am right, or wait for someone else to help at Just Flight. If I am correct, it will be fixed in the next update (which shouldn't be too far away). If not.... we'll cross that bridge when we get there, haha. Thanks for letting me know!

The files were still there. It's a single character mistake on the XBOX version. I checked every single file myself where this change had to be made before the XBOX version was released in an attempt to avoid this, but the single character wasn't enough to trigger the right neuron, it would seem. My apologies.

Haha! No problem! I just fly with the plain white livery until my favourite one gets fixed. =) Only had the plane for a week (a busy one) but already have over ten hours on the Hobbs. Definitely on my Top5. Also always nice to see a developer who cares about his/her product and customer.
