Black Square Duke démarrage impossible des moteurs

Bonjour à tous , je n'arrive pas a démarrer les moteurs du Duke pourtant je suis pourtant la procédure indiqué et rien n'y fait de plus le démarreur retourne très prestement a sa position neutre, auriez vous une idée de ce qui se passe. Une chose j'ai obtenu le Duke via la boutique MSFS.
Hello everyone, I can't start the Duke's engines even though I'm following the indicated procedure and nothing works. Moreover, the starter returns very quickly to its neutral position. Do you have any idea what's going on? One thing, I got the Duke through the MSFS store.
