Rudder trim tab animation
-
So I'm flying the Turbine model across the Atlantic, and was watching a movie. Didn't realize how close I was to Keflavik, and decided to use reverse for a uhhhh....extra quick descent.
On my next leg, I noticed about 20 minutes before arriving at my next tech stop that the left engine prop governor had failed. (Very cool! I'm wondering if this is from the earlier abuse or if it just happened randomly) So, I elected to feather and shut down the left engine. Probably not necessary but felt like it.
On approach I put in some rudder trim and it appears the tab animation may be backwards. I didn't check elevator or aileron because I'm short on time at the moment, gotta go to bed for work in a few hours lol.
Just wanted to mention that, pretty sure it's backwards.

@Randolf The tab should deflect to the opposite side as to the direction you would push the rudder pedal. The tab is supposed to be exerting a force on the control surface to push it in the opposite direction.
E.g.: You wanna go left, the tab goes right and pushes the rudder left.

OK, I just got home from work and checked, it appears all the trim tabs are animated backwards, at least on the turboprop Duke. I haven't checked the piston one. And @Randolf - here's an image to help explain.
Also just for 100% clarity - they work correctly, it's just the animations that are backwards. I want to also clarify, nothing I bring up in this forum is complaining, I'm just wanting to help perfect the product. I've seen things like trim tab animations being backwards in many other aircraft when they were first released before. It happens.

Yes, you're right with the rudder trim, but aileron is noted here as anti-servo that moves in the same direction as ailerons. Does that mean, that it should move like that even when adjusting trim?

@Randolf That part, I'm not sure. Never worked on one or flew one in the real world.
In reality I could be completely wrong about all of this actually, I'm just going off basic knowledge - mainly expecting to hear either "Oh, oops! Thanks for pointing that out, will be fixed next patch" or "Actually it's supposed to be like that"
