Openning the side window in flight destroys plane irrespective of speed/height

Similar to a problem with the recent JF PA38 it seems that opening the Duke windows in flight even at low speeds and altitudes with MSFS damage turned on causes the plane to be destroyed.
I can certainly understand a problem doing it a FL250 and 250kts but 1000ft and 110kts seems entirely reasonable.
I'm seeing the problem with the latest SU15 beta 1.37.17.0 but I've also spoken to someone using the standard SU14 release and they are seeing the same problem.
