    First of all, contratulations Blacksquare team for an outstanding product ! The Duke is absolutely amazing!

    During my first flight, I was able to close the right engine cowl-flap using the switches, but not able to re-open it again. And the Left Cowl-Flap is stuck in the open position. I can hear a faint motor sound which i presume is coming from the cowl-flaps, when I operate them. Also there's an increase in the generator load, but no movement, either visually in the external model, as in the internal tablet engine pages. what can be wrong? I've already checked that there's no cowl flap failure and no popped circuit breakers. What can be wrong ?

    Thanks in advance for the help!

      Since the sounds are connected to the electrical circuit state of the motors, and the code that drives the cowl flaps into position is pretty isolated, the only thing that comes to mind is a possible hardware binding issue. Do you have the cowl flap axis bound to any hardware controls, perhaps?

        @Black-Square

        Hi Nick. I don't have any hardware binding. The problem was solved after restarting the simulator and so far, I've been able to operate them normally. By the way, aren't those massive cowl-flap doors supposed to create equally massive amounts of drag when fully opened ? So far, opening the cowl-flaps don't seem to affect the plane's performance. Is it possible to implement this drag in future updates ?

        Once again, thanks for the reply and huge thanks for a GREAT product !

          They do, and they should. I have them setting the spoiler position to create drag, but I can't say as I've tested that in a long time, or several aircraft, to be honest. I'll double check it for you.

          Thanks for the kind words!
