System requirements?

I don't usually publish any system requirements, but the Dukes should run very comparably to other Black Square aircraft, which are noticeably less taxing than almost any commercial airliner.
The only caveat with the Dukes is the tablet interface. Some screens are more intensive than others. The options, failures, and electrical screens have almost zero impact on performance. The environmental controls page may reduce FPS by ~1%, and the engine pages around 3-5%. For example, if you're running the simulator at 50 fps, in the worst case scenario, your fps will drop to 47 fps, only with the tablet open to the engine page.
Note: Any performance impact from the tablet is only when it is open!
I have also learned a lot recently about controlling the performance impact from drawing the tablet, so I suspect this performance impact will be reduced over time as I make some improvements.

That sounds perfect! I concur that your aircraft have been remarkably nice in terms of system load, which in fact is one of the main selling points for me since the core of my gaming system is six years old and not nearly cutting edge anymore. I’m okay with a little performance hit in the tablet interface since, as cool as it is, I still don’t expect to keep it open much during flight.
I was just a little bit concerned since some random person on one of the (glorious) YT videos commented something like “RIP performance”, and I wasn’t sure if they might be basing that on some knowledge or not.

Wonderful. I'm glad you've found them friendly to your system. That was always a goal of mine, since I've never been one to have the most current computer specifications either. The computer I develop on is also around six years old, in fact. I wouldn't even have put the disclaimer about the tablet in the manual if I wasn't worried about VR users, who always seem to love their tablets and other panels open in the right seat.
Nope, just complete nonsense in the YouTube comments as usual :) Thanks for asking. I hope you enjoy!
