I'm flying around Northern Europe in winter up at FL270 on longish sectors and the OAT is -46c. I have the cabin temp at max but it's dropped to 8c and I can't get it any warmer. Pax aren't impressed! Any ideas?

Extreme temps requires bleed set to "HI" instead of auto, posted around a few times and mentioned in the manual. Important reading as using HI mode incur some limitations.

Turning off the A/C also helps. I find turning A/C off and bleed to HI at FL230, saves some time for the build back up to temp.

@MilitaryMav you only need the AC to cool the cabin down. It’s not meant to run all the time.

Many thanks all, bleed to HI and AC on FAN sorted the problem. Pax all warm and cosy now.

@glideslope Had a read through the POH and found the limitations. Thanks
