      Are you keeping up with pressurization? The manual shows how to do this. But the gist of it is to turn the outer knob to 500 ft above your cruise altitude (once you depart), and you'll need to turn the small "rate" knob clockwise if you climb at like 1500 fpm or greater, otherwise you can occasionally out climb cabin differential

          Is your cabin altitude over 10.000ft or you differentiate pressure of scale high? This can happen if you climb fast but climb the cabin to slow.
