NAV on GPS issue and ILS not capturing.

Very weird GPS NAV with AP on "CDI GPS". Keeps following direction but suddenly veers to the left until plane goes on a free dive. Sometime it's all fine and sometime you get this issue. Using the TDS 750 with the garmin GNS530 W setup. Plus on a ILS approach I get no intercept. I'm at the right alt and the right place, needle move and I have "LOC" in the MFD but no intercept. It happens at CYHU but did alright at CYTR. Weird.
