Persistance feature

Please have a look at:

Cold & Dark states (initial):
ADF receiver power - default OFF
GNS530 Power - default OFF
Weather Radar - default OFF
Transponder Bendix/GTN750 - default OFF
Fuel selector (pedestal) - default OFF

and have their current state persistant from then on, if possible.

As of now, above mentioned are always set ON

I would like to add OAT display mode to the list, that one is always set to Fahrenheit.
