@chris1690 Reply direct from the developer for you:

.link below to see the propeller feathering working. If it does not stop, it's likely because the hardware is not correctly bound for a feather range, or the lever in the virtual cockpit was not pulled back all the way towards feather (there's a detent that I'm not sure I can get rid of easily, but I will look into it).

@voice-of-reason I'm having an identical problem. I have the full back position on the prop 'axis' of my bravo set to feather 1 and 2 respectively, but it doesn't pull back into it. I tried it on the ground and it seems like even though I have it bound, it's simply not 'taking' if you will. Note that the bottom part of the axes on the bravo is not an axis, it's a button.

I can manually pull the lever back with my mouse, but pulling my physical prop lever back to the button set to feather does nothing.

On the good news front, the engines on this one are MUCH less sensitive to getting serious damage over a very short amount of time for seemingly no reason, unlike the Bonanza.

I use Axis and Ohs to feather the prop with my Bravo throttle quadrant.

I use the command " Prop Pitch 1Decr" (for engine 1) when the button is down and use the repeat option.
I also use "Prop Pitch 1 HI Ex1 when the button is released to bring it back out of feather.

Tried it in the air and it works great.

Not sure if there is a way without using an external program like AAO or Spad (I don't have Spad)

    @lancealotg

So did the prop stop spinning in the air?

I got the power reduction as you would expect but the prop never stops spinning in the air.

    Yes, the props stop spinning.
I found I have to reduce the prop control from normal to reverse in one slow motion (about 5 seconds).
    Makes for a cool screenshot.

@voice-of-reason Did you model it in the way, that after engine shutdown only for a while the oil pressure for feathering is available?

I can't find any Oil Press or Oil Temp variables. Were you able to verify that we have these?

@meh1951 The developer's answer on this...

I'm not sure exactly what is being asked for here, but the oil temperature and pressure is accessed via the default A:Vars: "ENG OIL PRESSURE:1, PSI", and "ENG OIL TEMPERATURE:1, CELSIUS"

    I do hope that helps.

I set it in different way:
    Thrustmaster TQ prop feather.png
Thrustmaster Boeing TQ, so I use reverser lever as prop feather, but it can by assign to any button.

BTW, is it correct that Props going into feather kill the engines (stop them ;-) ) ??
