King Air - catastrophic engine damage simulation?

I'm interested in this bird (and the others) but first I'd like to know: does the failure system support catastrophic engine damage or just wear? How about engine fire? I'm interested in practicing these but haven't seen them demonstrated in any of the videos I found. I'm looking for engine flame-out, visible engine fire, putting the fire out, engine seizing, engaging prop feather to practice one engine operations and landings. Thanks for any info!

Yes, the Black Square failure system supports catastrophic failures. The engines in the KA can cease producing power catastrophically, and can catch fire. The fire can also be extinguished. I recommend checking out this video for an example. Note that the extinguisher annunciator lights have been improved since the initial release to better match the real equipment. A complete list of all 160+ failures in the KA is also available in the manual here. Search for "List of Possible Failures".
