I believe the EDM800 is not working like it should.

Hi,
This Black Square Bonanza is a joy to work with.....but.....
I try to work with the EDM800 like in Real Life and a believe that the BlackSquare EDM800 is working exactly the other way around then it should.....(but i also can not believe that....so i hope someone can point me out that i am wrong)
First, to execute the Lean Find mode for lean of peak in RL we have to tab the lean find button and immediately both buttons to get into the lean find mode.
To tab both buttons there is a clickspot in the middle of the EDM800 to simulate that. When i do this, the scale should show cylinder temperature scale upwards showing the text LEAN L but in stead it is jumping into the graph from top to buttom showing the temperatures in a scale downwards and showing the text LEAN L. Now leaning in this mode give me the RICHEST cylinder first in stead of the LEANEST. (So the feature is working the other way around then it should....)
Second, when i get the EDM800 in the right lean of peak mode and lean the mixture, after finding the leanest cylinder it displays LEANEST and then the graph should jump automatically into the mode of showing a graph from top to buttom and the EDM in the Bonanza doesn't do so.....it just stays in the same display and because of this we can not find the richest cylinder as in RL. (so to be short we can only find the leanest cylinder while for the right procedure we also have to be able to find the richest cylinder for the right balance of things.
I am working with the Bonanza for hours over two days and could not find the right way to do so and when i look at the standard of the analog products from Black Square i believe it is ment to work as in RL.
For the RL operation of the EDM800 see this video: https://youtu.be/JpjYlimlgig and for the lean of peak mode see from minute 6:39 .
(That shows the EDM700 but is almost the same)I hope the developper (or someone else) can shine some light on this?

@bentree Ben, checked with the developer on this one. He says...
I used that very video to program the EDM. I do not see that you have to press both buttons again to enter LF mode in that video, just the LF button once. That could be just a miscommunication, though. I just confirmed in my code that the unit will default to ROP on every startup, so you do not have to press both buttons to enter ROP mode. I do see however, that the icicle graph is only supposed to activate once LF mode is active. I can work on that. I don't entirely follow the other supposed inaccuracies in the post, but I will definitely walk through the videos again before releasing the Baron and see what I can improve. Thanks for the feedback.

@voice-of-reason thanks a lot for the reply and contacting the developer about this topic!
Firstly…. English is not my native language, so that makes understanding my post maybe a bit difficult.
In the real system we have to press both buttons to enter the lean of peak mode, this does not happen in the Bonanza one.
Also to finish the lean of peak setting we should be able to find the richest also, in the real EDM800 after finding the leanest the graph jumps over to the icicle graph to find the richest.
The Black Square Bonanza is the best GA aircraft in the sim to date, I hope that the EDM800 will receive an update to get it right😊🙏🏻
