Did you pass 5,000ft and flew at least 250kts?
What worked best for me is to plan my flights in MSFS Worldmap including a destination, and don't change a thing! As I fly commercial jets in the sim, I'm always cruising around FL360-410 however at this FL dependant on the aircraft your flying in, your indicated airspeed will be below 250 as your in Mach speed at those heights. I have wondered if this is why there is issues with traffic generating while in cruise? either way traffic generating at the destination seems to be the biggest issue I think.
I always set up my flights using the MSFS flight plan before starting and it doesn't change a thing you are correct.

@vanngster We are working on a major revamp of the system which should sort out the instability of destination traffic. As I said above its baffling why everyone seems to have different experiences however we believe that simplifying things under the hood should stop these issues.
In the meantime if you haven't already, please send a support ticket. Support will give you instructions to send you console log which should give us some idea what might be going on in your case.
Happy days :) I cant wait. I agree John the more people with these issues follow the support ticket route and provide the said evidence you request the quicker it can be solved.

Currently (have a day off) from Amsterdam (with a fully loaded airport, so beautiful) to Gatwick, I’m curious what I will see there…, flightlevel 240 and both standard default airports, no payware. EGKK automatic loaded, have not enter it by myself. Flying with Fenix A420.
-
Can’t remember that, but assume yes, that confirmed it, will have another fly within 2 hours and will confirm it after the destination airport automatically pop up. It is so nice with all the traffic,THE reason I have bought it. Have the sound on a huge audio system in my room, that is so nice, looks I life in the middle of an airport with all the traffic around me, that sound of all the planes activities is so nice! This afternoon I will fly from Rotterdam to Gatwick again and will confirm it once Gatwick pop up. After that flight my feedback, but again: the flight from this morning was so nice, as I said before: from a game to a sim…

Maybe a stupid question, but before a solid solution that requires no user interaction and tweaking is at hand, is there no way to make the default AI system send 'correct' airplanes to 'correct' airports? ...long distance planes from these companies, regional planes from the local carriers in the area etc. etc. At least so that we get a nice picture of what the airports should look like, even though it's not 100% accurate.

Landed in Gatwick…. with again approx 20 - 30 planes parked and 4 landings after I parked my plane. What I did:
- Select in world map EHRD and gate
- Select in destination airport EGKK
- Opened FS Traffic in toolbar
- Wait a few secs
- EGKK appears
- Press confirm
- Close the pop up with X
Abd a lot of activities here, now a queue of planes in the air ready for landing on 26L.
SO NICE!!!

I opened a ticket 7 days ago and I've gotten no reply. In the meantime I tried to find a workaround but eventually I uninstalled software because I waisted a lot of time on it. I even did a fresh install of MSFS and installed only FS traffic and Fenix a320 and the issue remain. In dev mode I checked if I'm limited by Sim objects and I am not.

@jsid87 They stay under the sandbox, they have taken our money, now they are gone, they have not stood by what they have promised. So those of us who have bought unfortunately lost the money. Last update was 2 weeks ago.
That's a bit melodramatic, isn't it? JF are NOT the type of developers to "abandon" their customers. They are working on the next update and we just have to be patient, as frustrating as it is.

@bpfonteyn How hard can it be to just inform everyone how far they have come with the update? Information they should be clear.
Yes, it would be nice to have more clarity on the progress of any impending update. However, I still feel that your rant was over the top.

@bpfonteyn I think he has right to be little upset I am too. Because I feel like lately a lot of developers put out half done software and they fix it along the way if they don't disappear. I know that eventually justflight developers will fix this software but again most people have other responsibilities in life and not helping developers to fix bugs in their software. I think that in sim world there are lately a lot of rushed projects that are put out.
