Climb and Descend buttons not operating

Not sure if this is something I am doing wrong and just can't see the wood for the trees but my Climb and Descend button no longer seem to do anything when I press them. Any ideas anyone?

@dreamsofwings I noticed on the King Air, they work initially until you select a lateral mode (nav, hdg etc.), then they stop working. VS works, but the lights no longer work on the autopilot and there is a strange bumping effect in the flight director.
Also, the click spots for the TDS GTN750 is off depending on which radio configuration you have running.

@gcarlson ah thanks Gary. You are describing what I am seeing with the autopilot exactly! Hopefully Black Square are onto this for the update.

Tested today and found removing the TDS GTN750 fixes the autopilot issues. There is a conflict between the WT GNS and the TDS GTN.
