How to change 0.5 kHz frequency on King Air ADFs

I was just flying the analog King Air and trying to tune to an NDB on 433.5 kHz, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to change the 0.5 kHz value. I thought that maybe pushing the middle tuning knob would switch it, but there is no click spot for that. The middle knob tunes 1 kHz at a time.
How do you tune 0.5 kHz instead?
