Trouble installing the Turbo Arrow

If you run into: "Customer not authorised" issues, the fix appears to be to shorten your JustFlight password to 10 chars or less.
Mine was 11 chars, this password worked in the past, but not this time!

If you are having problems installing the software your best bet is to contact Just Flight support.

I did, but they were closed on the weekend and then made me run around in circles at first.. so I thought I would save others the time and trouble.. :slightly_smiling_face:

Sorry, my 11 char password worked in the past, but not this time.
JF Support suggested I shorten it.. and after that, it worked.
