@NeoGeo78 Just pressing Apply SimBrief 2 or 3 times seems to satisfy it, so it’s no big issue. It doesn’t happen all the time. No rush.

@JMAviation said in Wings of Wealth: In a lot of cases, depending on the route, multiple airframes would be used. An example would be a lot of the American Airlines routes on the east coast where PSA flies (CRJs) to airports handled also by the AA mainline. The same would go for airlines like Alaska/Horizon with the 737/Q400 being used on the same routes. For FTL, I'm not seeing a reason to assign routes to an aircraft because of my examples above. You select the plane you fly for the route the system gives. It's up to you what you fly, as long as you can meet the schedule. It is logic, agree with you. Thanks.

@NeoGeo78 Ok, I will do - but ticket support is so slow, I was hoping to get some solution on here. This is the issue - to many bloody hoops to jump through, slow replies. I'm basically now going to say the exact same thing on a ticket that I already have on here.

Thanks for the response, the constant reminder to dispatch the flight was after i had already dispatched my flight and it was supposedly recording the flight, but was still telling me to dispatch. Even after i had taken off it was still telling me to dispatch the flight and the status of the aircraft was still at parked.

The frustration is the inconsistency. One flight will record all flight phases and the next, using same aircraft will not (wondering if you can add a button for "next flight phase" in case it doesn't recognize the next step. But now I seem to be stuck as I have completely uninstalled and deleted all remnants of FTL and then reinstalled. I created a C172 in scheduled mode and it still won't appear in the drop down list. I think I'll have to put this aside until next build.

@NeoGeo78 Hi NeoGeo, many thanks for your kind reply. That helps. Regarding real time vs. schedule: It would be nice if you could set your own time for a flight in a future update. Also I like to emphasize, that the user maybe should also be able to sate the date. I imagine this might be impossible for the carreer mode, but at least for the schedule only mode, it might be worth a thought. Cause during the time using FLT longer and longer, you won't be able to fly a sector every day. So the schedules date will get more and more behind, the longer you use FLT. It could end up in being in winter (real life date) ans still flying in summer (FLT schedule). Since - at least in 2020 - you don't have historic weather, you end up flying in late August with -5 °C outside... Best wishes

Hey - I have a log of helicopters. I will look at it and see if this something that can be added. It may be a while off yet to be completely honest. Quite a lot of logic and UI changes would need to be made.

FTL pauses correctly in MSFS2020, FSX, P3D and X-Plane but it is currently unavailable in MS2024 as the clock continues to "tick" when paused. I'm hoping that Asobo address this in a future update an as soon as they do, I'll enable pausing for MS2024.

@BBoaBrim I'm not understanding the issue either, since I fly 1 leg every other day or so (depending on my schedule), even though 1 "in game day" has 4 legs.

Solved by JustFlight support. They saw this post but didn't put the solution here. Solution: Select 'Chill & relax', 'Social', 'Hobbies' or 'Exercise', choose anything you want. It will show where on the printsceen is now 'Meditation'. Pick that up and drag it to one of the slots. If all slots are filled you will get a 'Continue' button above 'Slot 6'.

Thanks, that would be fantastic. Congratulations again on your work. I personally left APL because you filled what was missing.

If it were allowed, it would definitely help with calculating times. I can't always fly at the real world time of the schedule. It's nice that the sim time changes, but then calculating times is an added step that can get annoying. At least until Winwing comes out with their Chrono for the Airbus, hehe.

Hi descent815 - would you mind providing the ICAOs for the 2nd Leg. I think this may be related to the Small airfields bug that is in the current versions. Also, are either of these ICAOs an add on? I can check and confirm. A work around would be to rebuild your schedule via the Edit feature in the top right so your route is replaced, and then try again. Just make sure its not one of those ICAOs. A fix is coming for this in the next build. Sorry you experienced this. Keep me posted.

Hi HadronFlux - I think the 0kts at touchdown is a bug that has re-surfaced. I had seen this a while back during testing and I thought I'd fixed it. I'll add it to the bug list and get it sorted.

I believe that is standard Simbrief behaviour. When a new aircraft type is selected in Simbrief, it'll set all the values to that profile's defaults. So if the creator of the profile has set the "Passengers" field to "AUTO", then it'll be set to that every time to profile is selected. Fly the Line will only set the correct passenger/cargo values on the initial profile that is opened when the 'Open Simbrief' button is pressed. The profile that opens is based on the ICAO code entered in the aircraft profile in the Fly the Line app. Mark - Just Flight
