PA-38 Tomahawk

Created a ticket and supplied screenshots of the EFB and the version and properties of the SETUP.EXE executable contained in the package I downloaded from the website again today. My 'uneducated' guess is the published package to the Just Flight website is still the bugged version and not the fixed one.

We do have some improvements to the flap behaviour currently in testing. These improvements are based on community feedback we have received since release and should be included in the next update to the Tomahawk. Mark - Just Flight

I agree! I should have mentioned that I am familiar of the limitations of MSFS2020, and am hopeful that MSFS2024 brings better FM options. 95% of customers won't buy the aircraft for it's spin behavior, they'll buy it for it's excellent flying qualities, which are impressively well modeled. Thank you for your consideration on possibly looking at recoveries in the future if it becomes feasible!

I was just thinking if the prop wash simulation is important to people use X-Plane 12 where it's built into the simulation, and not a modded addon, which can cause issues. I bought XPRealistic for X-plane but I never really used it. T

I'm talking about setting it during the pre-flight walk round.

I bought an INIU Link Cable 5m with Separate Charging Port, VR Cable, instead of using the WIFI connection to connect to the Oculus 3, again using the Virtual Desktop app, and it fixed the issues I was having. So nothing to do with the aircraft. The PA-38 is a fun little aircraft. I was performing some stiff cross-winds landings today in & around the channel Islands. I'm just getting back into Flight Simming after a long break.

Already sorted, waiting for the next patch.

@BigUnitStan Do you perhaps use FS Realistic? If so, try disabling the 'Prop Wash' feature. That has fixed this issue for other users who are experiencing similar. Mark - Just Flight

I use AAO instead of FSUIPC, but only for select few items. Flaps are not controlled with that, it's standard MSFS controls for flaps. But still the lever won't move in the Tomahawk. Don't understand it really since it works perfectly fine on the JF Warrior.

I don’t recall if I had turned on failures, I do however have FSRelistic installed which I now disable for this ac.
