Wothan's workaround didn't fix it for me unfortunately. If you have no traffic at a large airport then the software isn't working as it should. Please get in touch with Support and we can look into it. We can go through all the usual steps from the FAQs and if that doesn't work then we can try to find out what specifically is causing the issue.

@qqwertzde Canadian North and First Air merged now they use Arctic for their callsign and code AKT. Empress was the callsign of the original Canadian North airline.

Agreed, but if a clever person wrote a script to do that and sent it out as a fix there would be some disappointment It is definitely not a soution, but it does point to either a different problem between the two users (despite similar symptoms) or (more likely) a difference between their setups which is why we wanted to direct everyone to Support.

@pilotjon has an issue with every airport. I also have had it working like once or twice but then nothing. I have lots of payware airports and I agree it just doesn’t seem to want to work no matter what I try. I’m disappointed in myself for buying this so soon and all I was doing was trying to save a little bit of fps from FSLTL. Wasted my money and here is Australia that was about $60!!

@wattie60 yeah Greg with FSLTL you get the full proper call signs with every plane that corresponds w with the Carlson on flight radar 24. FST seems to inject traffic but doesn’t assign a Callsign to it. Gets more and more disappointing every time. And before anyone from just flight comes on to tell me to lodge a ticket I have 4 times already. Not one reply. FST in binned now and is not usable at all. Waste of money.

Same here, all works fine, including with GSX, except nothing happens activating Regenerate traffic of Remove traffic in then menu
