Through trial-and-error I discovered that the issue was due to another dlc being installed. If I'm honest I didn't work out which one it was, but after a clean install of the game with no dlc, the little symbol was back in the aircraft. However, after downloading a few dlc the symbol disappeared again.

Ironically, after all that, once I got the symbol to show, I did not find it all that helpful in my navigation. So its subsequent disappearance has not bothered me.

I'm patiently waiting for the release of the RJ and F70-100 series of aircraft, not interested in the 146 or F28. Agree though, it would be nice for some updates on their progress.

There is an email address on the page: support@justflight.com They should be able to fix your account for you.

@raceman Just MSFS, FSX is even older than P3D, MSFS is the replacement for FSX. Anything 40th Anniversary would be MSFS. To try to clear up some acronyms, FSX is shorthand for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (X as in 10), came out around 2004 or so. MSFS is Microsoft Flight Simulator, also known as FS2020, because it was released in 2020. But I think most people just call it MSFS now. Hope that helps.

If you get Microsoft Flight Simulator, a lot of the 40th Anniversary stuff is free, either included with the sim, or a free add-on in the Marketplace. I don't know if any of it is payware, but I can't swear it's all free.
