Simbrief vs Navigraph flight planning

I'm trying to work out which is going to work best for me: Simbrief and/or Navigraph for planning flights.
What's the difference between Simbrief and Navigraph apart from the UI? What can one thing do that the other can't? I've found that if I use an exported Navigraph flight plan I don't have an OFP to hand in the aircraft and drilling down for relevant info is cumbersome. Confused as to how they both work in tandem. Any tips?

@clevatreva I use Skyvector for the basic flight planning, then I cut and paste the route into Simbrief. I have tried to plan the route in Navigraph, but it's quite cumbersome, and I don't see a way to save it, other than again, a basic cut and paste into Simbrief. Once the route is validated in Simbrief, Navigraph can import it, but that seems redundant to me.

Yes, Skyvector, cut and pasted into Simbrief, then generated and imported into Navigraph. Navigraph is good for catching altitude restrictions that Skyvector may not show, particularly outside the US, but it's not fun to try to plan a route. I also really like Skyvector's format for a printed flightplan, old-fashioned to use a paper flightplan, but works well for me.

I typically initiate the flight plan in SimBrief, then generate it and push the open in navigraph button, but thats for airline flights, so the routing is just whatever the sim rief plans which usually rather direct, so it may not be what your looking for if your trying to plan more creative scenic routes.
