QWs Ultimate 146 Collection (FSX & P3D v2) Liveries Question

In December 2024 I purchased and am now getting around to flying the QWs Ultimate 146 Collection (FSX & P3D v2).
However, in using the QW LiveryManager Dispatcher that comes with the JF download, I am unable to download liveries from the QW site.
I am wondering (1) in purchasing this product from the JF site versus the QWs site, the reason I am unable to access the full range of Flight Simulators in the JF model because I paid $19.95 and the cost from the actual site for the PD3 and FSX is between 69.95 - $89.95 (aka the fulll Montey!) or (2) I haven't figured out to download these files.
Have any of you JFters that downloaded this QA product had any problems like this and if yes, how did you overcome it?
