Xbox X and Just Flight Planes

Looking for help with my Just Flight products. I purchased the F28-1000 and the RJ70-RJ100 from the MAFS 2024 marketplace for the Xbox X. I have the planes in my inventory. I can choose them and set up a flight plan with the world map etc.. The problem I have is they won’t load into the game. Once in a while the F28 loads into the game. I’m frustrated because the plane is dope( haven’t been able to load the RJ’s in). The immersion is incredible when it loads in but most of the time you’re looking at the world map with the rotating wheel in the bottom right hand corner. All my other planes load into the game. What am I missing?

Following the release of MSFS 2024 Sim Update 4, we have released updates to all of our products to fix a newly introduced SimConnect loading issue. The updates are currently available for all of our products across all stores on PC, and we have approved them for release on the Xbox MSFS 2024 marketplace last week.
Although we can't say for certain when the Xbox updates will be released, we expect them to be released in one of the next two release opportunities, either today (Monday 12th) or Thursday 15th.

Thank you. I’ll be looking out for it. The RJ cockpit doesn’t do anything. No lights, no gauges etc. No EFB. It starts when I quick start it but nothing works in the inside and ohhhh, the graphics.
Can’t wait for the update.

Ok. The F28 now loads in between 8-13 seconds. Nice. Textures even look better. Now I can concentrate on flying it.
The RJ is a different story. It still has problems loading. When it does load it has the WASM crash. The orange checklist etc.. -
Oops! Pressed the wrong button. I deleted the game and reinstalled. Got the RJ to load in with no problems. Started to
turn on things and bam…..the WASM crash. Is it the game? I saw a video several days ago where the person was stating that it was supposed to be fixed by Asobo(Microsoft). Kinda bumbed if this was supposed to be fixed but it wasn’t. $47.00.
I’ve tried everything. Also, I got the bundle. Where’s the 146 or whatever the other ine is?

At the time of posting, the latest version of the RJ Professional isn't available on the MSFS 2024 Xbox marketplace, so the post-SU4 fixes are not yet available. We have approved it for release, and the next two release opportunities are today (Monday 19th) or Thursday 22nd.
