I think more details are needed for anyone to help you. Could sound like stick shaker warning of a stall. Perhaps you are asking the AP to do something which puts your plane into a stall leading to the shaker and AP disconnects with the pusher?

Check your speed first and add screenshots or video of what is going on.

        Sorry. I`ll explain.

Fuel and Payload 50%. Alt 10000ft and Lnav (according to FPL) preselected and highlighted
        I take off at 100kts, flaps 18
Gear up, according to copilot advises
At 180-220 kts and 1000-2000ft flaps up (Copilot advises)
        Climb rate 1000-1500ft/min, 10degrees
I select Autopilot and controls start vibrating. the plane cant follow Lnav route, neither HDG (I`ve change to select HDG, trying to solve the autopilot navigation). Nothing better... Autopilot light flashes
The plane banks left or right. So I have to control it myself.
Altitude preselected works properly and stops climbing at that altitude.

It's more vibrating than shaking. I've experimented controls shaking when speed is too low or climb rate is too high, whith a horn alarm.

        What's wrong??

I don't personally recall seeing this behaviour in the 146, however, I would suggest opening a ticket with Just Flight Support via the following link and our support team will be able to look into that: https://www.justflight.com/support

In the ticket, if you would be able to provide those steps to reproduce, and ideally screenshots/videos of this behaviour, then our support team will be in the best position to be able to assist further.
