How to extract .KTX2? (scheme 65536)

Hello! I would like to extract .ktx2 textures, so I can change the color of the dashboard.
The thing is that after the last SU4-update from JF all the KTX2 textures seem to have a new compression algorhythm. So, I just can't extract those using standard software, such as Nvidia Texture Tools or ExtractKTX2. I get an error "Error: KTX reader reported: Does not know about supercompression scheme 65536."
You see, I have my own custom livery mod. The interior is modified as well. I have beige interior with black dashboard. I created this mod by repainting .DDS textures from 2020 version. I converted the textures to KTX2.
The mod was absolutely fine, but the problem is that after the SU4-update from JF I started have this weird glitch with shifted shadows on the dashboard:
I noticed that the old .DDS textures (converted to .KTX2) cause this shifted shadow glitch. It only happens when using direct light, such as a flashlight or a dome light.
When I replace those with new KTX2 I don't have it:
But the problem is that the dashboard is now kind of greyish or light blue. I would like to replace the color to black.
