BLKSQ Baron Autopilot and Flight Director

I'm flying the BLKSQ Baron in FS2020 with a DIY Autopilot panel configured in MobiFlight. It was working perfectly fine when I remodeled a few things in my sim. (Added another monitor).
Now, only two modes of my Autopilot are working.
VS and ALT modes work fine.
I notice that Flight Director is active but neither HDG or NAV modes will follow it.
I have double checked the simconnect codes that I had entered before (that worked) and they are still there.
Is there anyone available to guide me through the process of troubleshooting this issue?
Does the Baron have custom simvars that I should be using rather than the generic ones offered in MobiFlight?

@djw4250 Since obviously we wouldn't expect adding a monitor to make a difference to your setup, are you sure you didn't make an changes to your hardware bindings? If not hardware related, then it sounds like either a one-time issue (seemingly caused by how the simulator loads, and can be fixed usually by just toggling the hot-swapping radio configuration), or is the result of an outdated GPS addon, or something else in your community folder that's interfering with the addon GPS units.
