    Hi All

    My first post.

I just purchased the RJ Professional, I have went through the step by step instructions PDF on setting up the plane, But the PFD & FMS will not come on, I have tried different variants with no luck.

    Thanks
    Joe

Can you confirm that all the switches on the top row of the AVIONICS panel at the top left of the overhead panel are in the ON position, and the aircraft is being powered either via the APU or GPU (no amber annunciators should be visible on the ELECTRIC section of the overhead if so).

If the PFD and FMS electrical sources are powered but the PFD and FMS are still powered off, then that could point towards an installation/activation issue. In that case, could I kindly ask you to raise a ticket with Just Flight Support via the following link: https://www.justflight.com/support

In the ticket, if you could let our support team know if you received any error messages when installing the aircraft, or on the EFB/tablet after loading into the aircraft, then they will be in the best position to assist with further troubleshooting.

          Hi Mark

I found out what the issue was, APU was not running as you mentioned above, Thanks for resolving it.

          Regards
