FS short freeze on approach to airport

many months ago there was a problem where FS2020 froze for a couple of seconds on approach to an airport. Taking out FStaffic stopped the problem, later there was a fix for this and there was no freeze on approach with FStraffic running.
I had a microsoft update and it got rid of all my settings in FS2020, I've reset everything to my liking yet again, but the problem of short freeze to airport approach has come back.
Does anyone remember or know to the solution to this short freeze
