2024 BN2 for MSFS2024

I have tried the BN2 Islander 2024 plane before and it did'nt work. Couldn't get the camera views in the cockpit to work correctly. When I got in the plane all I got was a view of the ceiling. Luckily I rented it so I wasn't out that much money.
Saw that there was an update on it. Rented it again for 1 day and all went well on the download. Marketplace showed that I had it in 2024. Went to fly it but it is not in the sim. I have the 2020 BN2 but not the 2024. Resarted the sim but no help. Closed the sim and restarted but again no help. Plane is not there, any ideas?

That product is made by Blackbox, not Black Square :). Easy mistake to make.

Sorry, I was a little short with you on my reply. I appreciate your help with this. I am a bit frustrated with this whole process. First I couldn't get the views I wanted and now this problem. I will go to the site you sent and try to0 get help there. Thanks

@JoKing this is the support forum for a different developer dude. Reach out to their customer support, go on their forums or ask on the general MSFS forums. Point was this is the place to discuss Black Square products, not Blackbox.

I am wondering if the issue might be the Margetplace. I have been thinking that I have done a few rentals from a variety of developers and can't think of any that worked. Yes, I realize it is a Black Square forum.

@JoKing Well, it's you, I'm on Xbox and rented the Miltech Osprey and it worked fine. figure it out or contact MS support.

The problem I am having is on the PC not xBox. I did try it on the xBox tonight and it was there. Same problem as last time I rented it. Main cockpit view was the ceiling. Could not get any other cockpit views with Ctrl-1-Ctrl-0. No I don't use Shift for views. Could not get any views I created to save.
