PA-28 Bundle MSFS 2020 to 2024

Hey i purchased the Arrow bundle for MSFS 2020 in marketplace a while back. I recently switched to 2024 and Its not showing up as owned. Does my MSFS 2020 marketplace purchases transfer over to 2024 ?

Yes, all of our MSFS 2020 products are receiving free-of-charge updates/upgrades to MSFS 2024 native standards, and that is available across all stores. However, the free MSFS 2024 updates/upgrades will only be available on the same store that you purchased the MSFS 2020 products. For example, if you purchased the Arrow Bundle via JustFlight.com, the free MSFS 2024 update/upgrades will only be available via JustFlight.com.

In the MSFS 2024 marketplace, if you search for "PA28 Arrow Bundle", there should be an option on the product page to download the product for free.

If you own the 2020 version of the product and the same product is appearing as a paid option in 2024, then we would recommend contacting the marketplace support via their Zendesk: https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
