The PA-28 aircraft (Warrior, Arrow, and Turbo Arrow) have the same sun visor interaction issue described in the TBM 850 sun visor topic, the transparent part disappears when you hover over it instead of just highlighting the mount.
Could this be addressed in a future update?

Thanks for reporting this. The sunvisor turning invisible is sadly a limitation of the MSFS LOCK interaction system when a clickspot is applied to a transparent object. I know this affects most (if not all) of our aircraft, due to the way we need to set up the animations of the sunvisors. However, we have logged this on our internal bug/feature request tracker, and we'll take a look ahead of the next updates to the PA28s.
