GPS Line.

I'm working my way through the tutorial from Valley to Leeming, a route I could actually fly visually. With the flight plan loaded, how do you get the route to display on the GPS display at the top of the main instrument panel. I've done a route by adding Wallasey Pole Hill then Leeming but I thought with the plan it would have auto displayed.

The method of having the GPS flight plan displayed on the GPS varies depending on which simulator is being used.
In MSFS 2020, if a flight plan is created in the MSFS Main Menu, that flight plan will be automatically loaded into the GPS when loading into a flight.
In MSFS 2024, the flight plan needs to be created in the MSFS 2024 EFB, and then the "Send To ATC and Avionics" button needs to be pressed to import that flight plan into the GPS. I believe that method works from both the MSFS Main Menu and after loading into the aircraft.
In both simulators, the flight plan can also be input manually into the GPS.
Hope that helps.

Hi Mark,
I'm on msfs2020, it was the tutorial flight that I loaded but it did not display on the GPS display so I created it manually on the GPS and that displayed OK. I've done another plan based on a flight I did on the 25th June in a Jet Provost and that displayed correctly and still enjoyed the virtual flight with that one. I will try the supplied route again to see what happens. I'm 'hacking' the route I did to finely adjust the way points. Just a quick note on the manual and it's guide for the EFB background, I've done that OK but the manual quotes the wrong filename
