TG vs Orbx TE South Central North

Hi, I am at my wits end trying to figure out how to make Traffic Global work with Orbx True Earth England South, Central & North. TG seems to work fine in all other Orbx regions (eg North America Open LC and Germany), delivering immediate traffic. However, nothing seems to fly in GB. I can wait at Bristol, or Gatwick for 30mins with the aircraft on the ground but noting moves. As an early adopter, for something that has been in Early Access for two years, and now released in X Plane it really should not be this hard. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks.
