Hello all, newbie here on this plane and with this Garmin avionics.

One question, Im trying to figure out the wind component at a certain point when doing holds without looking at the EFB which gives me cross wind component and HD|TW component.

So in the Garmin I dial the right knob on the nav section until I see a page with a "Wind" subsection. When I enter into that subsection I can see some information regarding wind and TAS, but it says for instance Wind 256 at 155kt.. which is incorrect I think. I was getting based on the EFB a crosswind of around 12kt. In that page the "Head wind" indicated was around 9 which was more or less what the EFB was displayingas well.

Is there any way to know the right wind component value so to correctly calculate my WCA?

    MSFS2024.

PS: Im not a pilot, so if I have asked something nonsense, please bear with me.
