When manually flying I can change the pitch attitude by 10 degrees and the aircraft only responds after a significant pause of about 3 seconds. This is not an accurate rendition of the real-life aircraft.

This is not an elevator control settings issue as it occurs with any/all response and sensitivity settings.

I also found that the default setting of turbulence (REALISTIC) was too severe and, again, not true to life. Setting LOW on a 'quiet' day and MEDIUM on a windy day gave better results.

This is not behaviour we are able to replicate on our side, so we would recommend double-checking that the controller sensitivities are set as per our recommended settings here: https://support.justflight.com/en/support/solutions/articles/17000116865-optimal-controller-sensitivity-settings

We would also recommend that the MSFS flight model option is set to 'Modern'.

If the behaviour persists with the above settings, we kindly ask you to raise a ticket with Just Flight support, and one of our support team will be able to assist with troubleshooting: https://www.justflight.com/support
