Unable To Install FSTraffic v1.07

Hello,
I followed the instructions as per the download page by uninstalling version 1.0.6 (along with the Traffic Fleet folder version 1.0.5 which was manually deleted).
After downloading and executing the setup.exe file (as an administrator), I get the error message below:
After that, another message that the InstallShield Wizard is unable to confirm the product is valid:
I don't know what is going on, but I do have a valid program, bought back in 2023. I have since re-installed version 1.0.6 with no issues.
Your recommendations to resolve this would be appreciated.
