PILOT CALLOUTS Not available

I've turned on the EFB settings, but my co-pilot doesn't say the data on takeoff, such as VR, GEAR UP, FLAP UP, I don't know what's going on

Check that landing lights and strobes are on. The co-pilot won't make any callouts without them.
