Unlike the situation in the previous versions, the (co)pilot figure does not move forward when the seat is moved forward. This is in VR in MSFS 2020.
Am I the only one who has this problem? If the pilot has to be fixed, could it be in the forward position, please? It is a bit strange to have a copilot having the seat moved backwards during flight.
